Working various positions as a production laborer for a company that develops and manufactures high performance adhesives, sealants and coatings. Tasks include running a hi-lo, general production work, and other duties as required.
Key Outcomes:
1. Keep up with the production pace throughout the shift.
2. Follow all directions from supervisors and leads
3. Wear all personal protective equipment required and work in a safety conscious manner.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Ability to work in a steady, medium to fast paced environment.
2. Ability to work very repetitive tasks.
3. Ability to work in a very physical position with lifting of 30 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs throughout the shift.
4. Must feel comfortable working with chemicals.
5. Ability to work over time (after shift) and on the weekends. Overtime is a requirement.
Skills and Experience:
1. Prior work experience in warehouse is preferred
2. Prior work experience using a hi-lo or fork lift is required
3. Prior work experience in manufacturing is required
Dress Code: jeans, t-shirt/sweatshirt, steel toed work boots, and safety glasses. Clothes will get dirty so wear older clothes.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Production Worker, your core responsibilities will include:
Product Preparation: Follow customer-specific batch and work orders to accurately produce and package products.
Packaging and Quality Control: Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and order accuracy for all outgoing products.
Production Support: Assist with filling tubes, containers, and drums, and prepare them for shipment.
In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workstation while ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.
What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED required
Previous manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. repetitively
Strong math skills (measurement, decimals, fractions, conversions)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Skills:Attention to Detail: Ensures packaging accuracy and product quality.
Teamwork: Collaborates effectively with coworkers to meet production goals.
Reliability: Consistently meets attendance, performance, and safety expectations.
