Location: Ann Arbor, MI Shift: 12p-8p (M-F & Weekends) Pay: $16/hr
Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team in Ann Arbor, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping us support important health services, social science, and public policy research through high-quality survey data collection and reporting.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Call Center Representative, your core responsibilities will include:
Outbound Survey Calls: Conduct telephone interviews using a provided script to collect customer survey data accurately and efficiently.
Data Entry & Computer Work: Input information into computer systems with a high level of accuracy while working within digital platforms.
Professional Communication: Clearly read scripted questions aloud in a professional, articulate manner while maintaining a consistent and respectful tone with respondents.
In addition, you will also be expected to maintain professionalism at all times while following structured procedures and ensuring data quality and consistency.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Comfortable working in a computer-based environment for extended periods
Strong basic keyboarding and data entry skills (including use of alphabetic keys and 10-key pad)
Skills:
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication is essential for clearly delivering scripted survey questions over the phone in a professional manner.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy is critical when entering data and following structured scripts to ensure reliable research results.
Computer & Typing Skills: Proficiency using a computer, including typing and numeric keypad use, to efficiently input and manage survey data.
