2nd Shift Clamp Operator - Corrugator DepartmentLocation: Holland, MI Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Pay: $18.00 Job SummaryAre you a motivated and safety-focused individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Clamp Operator to join our Corrugator Department in Holland, MI. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping production running efficiently by moving materials and supporting corrugated packaging operations.What You'll Be DoingAs a Clamp Operator, your core responsibilities will include:? Operate a Clamp Truck: Safely transport and stage large paper rolls and materials needed for production.? Support Production Flow: Deliver materials to the corrugator and production areas to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.? Inspect Materials: Check incoming and outgoing materials for damage and ensure production requirements are met.In addition, you will assist with general material handling, maintain a clean work area, and follow all company safety procedures.What We're Looking ForQualifications: ? Previous forklift or clamp truck experience preferred.
? Manufacturing or warehouse experience.
? Ability to lift and move 30-50 lbs. regularly throughout the shift.
? Ability to work overtime as needed.Skills: ? Safety Awareness: Ability to follow safety procedures while operating equipment and handling materials.
? Attention to Detail: Helps ensure materials are delivered accurately and production runs smoothly.
? Reliability: Ability to work independently and keep up with production demands in a fast-paced environment.Work Environment? Extremely warm and very dusty manufacturing environment.
? Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, and material handling throughout the shift.
