Final Inspector

Shift: 2nd Shift – Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Training Schedule: 1st Shift (training period) before transitioning to 2nd Shift
Pay: $16.00 per hour during 1st Shift training , increasing to $17.00 per hour upon successful completion of training and transition to 2nd Shift.

Final Inspector
to join our team in Bremen, IN. In this role, you'll play a critical part in our quality assurance process by performing final inspections on precision roller bearings before they are packaged and shipped. Your attention to detail will help ensure every product meets our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Be Doing
As a
Final Inspector
, your core responsibilities will include:
-Performing final product inspections:
Conduct thorough visual inspections of finished roller bearings to identify defects and verify products meet quality standards.
-Handling materials safely and efficiently:
Load bearings onto inspection tables using a barrel dumper or by hand, then move inspected products to the packing department.
-Maintaining quality documentation:
Follow inspection procedures, complete required paperwork accurately, and ensure all product handling instructions are followed.
In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean work area, communicate quality concerns to supervisors, and support production goals while maintaining strict quality standards.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and push carts weighing up to 500 lbs
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and stoop throughout the workday
Skills:
Quality Inspection:
Ability to identify visual defects and maintain high product quality standards.
Attention to Detail:
Strong focus on accuracy while inspecting parts and completing documentation.
Dependability:
Reliable attendance and the ability to follow standardized work instructions consistently.
