Inspector/Machine Operator Location: Rockford, MI Shift: 2nd Shift Pay: $16.35 per hour
Job Summary: Join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Rockford, MI! As an Inspector/Machine Operator, you will operate plastic injection molding machines to produce quality household and automotive parts. This role involves machine operation, product inspection, documentation, and light assembly work.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Run 1–2 plastic injection molding machines at a time
Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
Complete production paperwork and track part counts
Build boxes and package products correctly
Perform small assembly tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For: Qualifications:
Strong manual dexterity and hand–eye coordination
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Skills:
Basic math: Helpful for counting and completing paperwork
Focus & concentration: Ability to monitor machines and maintain accuracy
Physical requirements: Lift 2–25 lbs repetitively and stand for 10 hours
Multitasking: Manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
