Preferred Qualifications:
? Ability to read blueprints, micrometers, and calipers is required.
? Ability to troubleshoot problems with machinery.
? Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. is required.
? 1+ year experience with laser operartion is required.
? Strong attention to detail is required
? GED or High School diploma is required
Preferred Skills:
? Load and operate the laser.
? Work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
? Meet production quotas that are set forth.
? Responsible for taking parts off the press brake and putting them into bins/boxes. .

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Laser Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
Operating and monitoring laser cutting machines: Ensure precision and efficiency in the cutting process.
Following production and safety standards: Maintain a safe, organized work area and adhere to all company guidelines.
Collaborating with the team: Work together to meet daily production goals and maintain quality output.
In addition, you will also be expected to assist in other areas of production as needed to support overall operations.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
Previous laser experience preferred, but not required
Prior manufacturing or CNC machine operation experience required
Ability to lift over 50 lbs as needed
Commitment to following operational and safety standards
