Job Summary
Are you dependable and comfortable performing hands-on, repetitive work? We’re seeking a Light Assembly Associate to join an automotive operation in Romulus, MI. In this role, you’ll install liners and caps on Ford Bronco interior and rear-cap components.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Light Assembly Associate, your core responsibilities will include:
- Component Assembly: Install liners and caps on automotive components.
- Quality Inspection: Check completed parts for visible defects or assembly concerns.
- Production Support: Follow established work instructions while maintaining a consistent pace.
In addition, you will keep your workstation organized, report damaged parts, and follow all safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- Previous assembly, manufacturing , or production experience preferred.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation and availability for the full schedule and possible shift extensions.
Skills:
- Attention to Detail: Ability to assemble parts correctly and identify quality concerns.
- Process Consistency: Ability to follow the same work steps accurately throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Strong attendance, punctuality, and commitment to the assigned schedule.
