to help maintain high quality standards on the production floor.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months production, general labor, or warehouse experience
- Comfortable working in a physical, repetitive environment
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and adapt to varying temperatures
- Ability to read a tape measure and basic computer skills
- Reliable transportation and good attendance
Skills:
- Attention to detail and strong visual inspection ability
- Ability to maintain pace with production and work independently
- Comfortable trimming, packing, and documenting production output
- Able to follow instructions and wear appropriate PPE
As a
Machine Operator
, you'll work mostly seated at a plastic injection molding machine, checking parts for defects in color, flash, and quality. You'll trim parts with a knife, pack and document production, maintain cleanliness of your station, and help ensure shift quotas are met.
