Location: Grand Rapids, MI Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM Monday through Thursday Pay: $16.50 per hour
Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a 2nd Shift Operator to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping ensure products are processed efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards throughout the production process.
What You'll Be Doing
As a 2nd Shift Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
? Operating Production Equipment: Safely operate machinery and equipment to support daily production goals.
? Material Handling: Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility to keep production running smoothly.
? Quality Inspection: Inspect products and materials to ensure they meet company quality standards.
In addition, you will also be expected to assist with general production duties, maintain a clean work area, and follow all company safety procedures.

Qualifications:
? High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
? Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
? Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift.

Racker / PackerLocation: Grand Rapids, MIShift: 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday (overtime as needed)Pay: $16.50 per hour Job SummaryThe Racker / Packer is responsible for supporting powder coating operations by preparing parts for the coating process, hanging and removing products from racks, inspecting finished parts, and packaging completed orders for shipment. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position offers opportunities for growth and advancement for dependable individuals with a strong work ethic. What You'll Be DoingAs a Racker / Packer, your core responsibilities will include: Hang parts and components on racks according to production specifications.
Remove finished products from racks following the powder coating process.
Inspect parts for quality, finish consistency, and defects.
Package finished products to customer and company specifications.
Label, sort, and prepare completed orders for shipment.
Maintain production flow to meet daily output goals.
Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the production process.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from safety hazards.
Assist team members with production needs and special projects as required.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
