2nd (4:00 PM – 3:00 AM, Monday – Friday; Overtime available Saturday)
Pay:
$22.00+ per hour

What You'll Be Doing
As a Quality Technician , your core responsibilities will include:

● Inspecting Materials and Products: Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of steel materials, welded components, and fabricated products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
● Using Precision Measurement Tools: Utilize calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment to verify product specifications and maintain quality accuracy.
● Reviewing Technical Documentation: Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions to confirm product requirements.
In addition, you will also be expected to document inspection results, assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions, support audits, maintain calibration records, and collaborate with teams to continuously improve quality processes.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or associate degree preferred
● 2+ years of experience in quality assurance/inspection within manufacturing or steel fabrication
● Knowledge of welding processes, steel fabrication, and relevant standards (AWS, ISO, AISC preferred)
● Proficiency in reading blueprints and engineering drawings
● Skilled in using precision measurement tools and inspection equipment
