Working as an assembler in the censor area, gauge area, or electrical assembly to assemble speedometers, gages, fuel pumps, and electrical components to circuit boards. Will be doing assembly work in general production or will be working in the wire harness department.

Job Summary

In this role, you’ll play a key part in assembling and inspecting high-quality electronic components for a growing manufacturer known for precision and innovation.
What You’ll Be DoingAs an SMT Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
Assembly Work: Perform basic assembly functions with circuit boards and wire harnesses.
Soldering & Rework: Complete hand soldering of components, touch-up on through-hole and surface mount boards, and perform rework or repair as needed.
Inspection: Inspect circuit boards, wire harnesses, and final assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
In addition, you will also be expected to adhere to company safety, quality, and performance standards while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Strong math, communication, and problem-solving skills
Understanding of company quality standards and procedures
Skills:Attention to Detail: Ability to perform precise inspection of part placements, solder joints, and final assemblies.
Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of soldering and inspection operations.
Teamwork & Independence: Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a steady, medium to fast-paced environment.
