Job Summary In this role you will be responsible for providing the necessary skills to assemble parts and tooling with expertise to meet or exceed both the customers and client's quality and safety standards. This will include assembling, fitting, and repairing tools and parts. Candidates must be able to read and interpret blueprints and have experience with hand tools such as hand grinders, wrenches, rivet guns, and tap handles.

Preferred Qualifications:
● Assembling, fitting, and repairing tools and parts
● Interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints to assemble parts
● Experience using machinery such as lathes, presses, milling machines and grinders
● Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
● Ability to work well independently or with others in a team environment.
● Adheres to established standards, policies and practices relating to quality, cost reduction, safety, ergonomics, etc.
Preferred Skills:
● U sing hand tools such as hand grinders, wrenches, rivet guns, and tap handles
● Using precision measurement instruments such as micrometers, gauges, and vernier calipers to check tooling dimensions
● Compliance with all quality monitoring and quality checks
● Technical Capacity and mechanical aptitude
● Understanding manufacturing processes
● Problem solving skills
● Able to follow technical documents to properly mix, induce, and finish paints
● Must be comfortable with a high level of responsibility and autonomy in making decisions
