Location: Hudsonville, MI Shift: 3rd shift 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM Mon - Fri Pay: $17.75 per hour
Job Summary
Workbox Staffing is seeking an experienced, motivated candidate for an Assembler position. You will be
responsible for physically putting together plastic components into a finished product using hand and power
tools, adhesives, and other equipment. Helping to ensure products meet quality inspection. This role requires
attention to detail, hand dexterity, and adherence to safety standards.
What You'll Be Doing
As an Assembler, your core responsibilities will include:
?? Assembly: Following blueprints to accurately fit and bond plastic parts together using various
tools and techniques.
?? Finishing: Trimming, drilling, grinding, buffing, or polishing parts to meet specific standards
using hand or power tools
?? Quality Control: Inspecting parts for defects, verifying dimensions with instruments like
micrometers, and ensuring the final product meets quality and safety specifications.
?? Maintenance: Keeping the work area clean and organized, and maintaining tools and equipment.
?? Documentation: Accurately documenting production numbers and other required information. ?

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
?? High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
?? Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
?? 1-2 years of experience in Assembly
?? Ability to lift 35 lbs or more and able to complete tasks repetitively
?? A strong understanding of safety and quality
?? Able to work in a fast-paced environment
?? Able to work overtime when needed

?? Able to keep up with production rates
?? Ability to read and speak English fluently
?? Adaptability: Perform well in a fast-paced environment with multitasking skills
?? Problem-solving: Quickly think and find solutions for unexpected challenges on the job
