Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking an All Shifts – Forklift Operator to join our team in Ionia, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping move products efficiently throughout the facility and prepare them for shipping.
What You'll Be Doing
As an All Shifts – Forklift Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
Picking Product: Pick product per work order specifications to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Forklift Operation: Operate a forklift to move product and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently.
Inventory Scanning: Scan items to maintain proper and accurate inventory records.
In addition, you will also prepare items for shipment and complete all other duties assigned by the supervisor.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
Forklift experience required (Minimum 1 year)
Must have a valid driver's license
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion
Skills:
Communication Skills: Ability to speak, read, and write English and complete required paperwork accurately.
Basic Math Skills: Ability to perform basic addition and subtraction to maintain accurate counts.
Attention to Detail: Ensure the correct product numbers are selected and shipped accurately.
Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge for scanning and inventory tracking systems.
