Job Summary
Are you a motivated and dependable individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a 3rd Shift General Labor Associate to join a manufacturing team in Holland, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of operations, helping produce high-quality packaging products while supporting efficient production and maintaining workplace safety.
What You'll Be Doing
As a 3rd Shift General Labor Associate, your core responsibilities will include:
? Production Support: Assist with the manufacturing process to help meet daily production goals.
? Material Handling: Stack, sort, package, and palletize finished products to prepare them for shipment.
? Quality Inspection: Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
In addition, you will also be expected to assist machine operators, maintain a clean work area, and follow all company safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
? High school diploma or equivalent preferred
? Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful, but not required
? Ability to lift 30 to 40 lbs. regularly throughout the shift
? Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
? Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Skills:
? Attention to Detail: Ability to identify quality issues and maintain product standards.
? Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
? Dependability: Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic to support production goals.

In this role, you'll support the production of high-quality packaging products by handling materials, inspecting finished products, assisting machine operators, and helping keep production running efficiently.
The ideal candidate is reliable, comfortable performing repetitive physical work, and ready to contribute in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
