3rd Shift - Machine Operator
Location: Holland, MI Shift: 3rd Shift | Monday - Friday | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Pay: $18.50 per hour
Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Machine Operator to join our team in Holland, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of the manufacturing process, helping ensure products are produced efficiently, safely, and meet quality standards.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Machine Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
? Operating Production Machines: Set up, run, and monitor equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production.
? Quality Inspections: Inspect finished parts and products for defects to maintain company quality standards.
? Packaging & Labeling: Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment or storage.
In addition, you will also be expected to monitor machine performance, report equipment issues, maintain accurate production output, and keep your work area clean and safe.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
? Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred. ? Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. as needed. ? Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Skills:
? Attention to Detail: Ability to identify quality concerns and ensure products meet specifications.
? Mechanical Aptitude: Understanding of machinery and the ability to recognize potential equipment issues.
? Dependability: Consistent attendance and the ability to work independently on an overnight shift.
