What You'll Be Doing:
Perform pre-start check, per start-up checklist
Load line according to schedule and Foreman instructions
Inspect raw material for cleanliness, contamination and damage
Monitor machine, assure that machine settings are correct, cycle and current
Correct or assist in correcting any problems associated with a machine breakdown
Monitor racks/barrels, assure that racks/barrels are in good condition
Maintain racks/barrels, make notations on production report of any suspect racks/barrels
Inspect finished product, prior to dryer, check for coverage and coatings
Communicate with Supervisor to maintain the minimum production standard
Accurately complete production report
Keep catwalks and aisles free from trip hazards
Always wear proper safety items
Keep front of machine area clean
Here's What You Need to Apply:
Keep front of machine area clean
Previous experience in assembly of machinery, manufacturing, or other related fields
Basic mechanical skills
Good communication skills
The Machine Operator will be working in a manufacturing environment where they will be running a machine making different products. This position is a steady, medium to fast pace repetitive work environment. After your time with Workbox, you will be considered for hire-in!
