Preferred Qualifications:
? Previous manufacturing experience recommended
? HS Diploma/GED
? Previous mechanical ability is recommended
Preferred Skills:
? Able to read and write
? Must be able to learn how to read micrometers and calipers
? Must be able to be taught from the very basics to the intricate parts of the process
Machine Operators will be required to train and learn all different types of Wire
EDM and CNC machines over the course of time. Excellent benefits and perks

Job Summary
Are you mechanically inclined and interested in starting a career in manufacturing? We’re seeking an Entry-Level Machinist to join a growing team. In this role, you’ll assist with operating machinery, producing precision parts, and ensuring quality standards are met. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is eager to learn a skilled trade.
What You'll Be DoingAssist with operating CNC and/or manual machines
Load and unload materials and parts
Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
Read and follow basic blueprints and work instructions
Perform basic machine maintenance and keep work area clean
Use hand tools and measuring devices such as calipers and micrometers
Follow all safety and production guidelines
What We're Looking For
QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferred
Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
Basic math and measurement skills
SkillsStrong attention to detail
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to follow directions and work independently
Dependable with good attendance
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
