Packaging Worker, $15/hr – 3rd Shift - Norton Shores

Preferred Qualifications:
? Will follow customer-specific batch & work orders.
? Responsible for producing and packaging sealant, adhesives, and coatings.
? Will ensure proper packaging and orders are assigned correctly.
? Assisting with filling tubes, containers, and drums with products.
? Responsible for packing and prepping the products for shipment.
? Responsible for ensuring that workstations are properly cleaned.
Preferred Skills:
? Ability to do repetitive lifting up to 30 lbs as needed.
? Excellent verbal & written communication skills are required.
? GED or High School diploma is required.
? Ability to work in a team-based environment.
? Previous manufacturing experience is required.
? Must have excellent math skills (measurement, decimals, fraction/conversions.)
Work as part of a team in a clean, comfortable facility to do packaging work. Will be
preparing specific batches of products to be shipped and sorted according to work
instructions. This is a full-time temporary to permanent position.

This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent opportunity in a clean and comfortable facility.
What You’ll Be DoingAs a Packager, your core responsibilities will include:
Product Preparation: Follow customer-specific batch and work orders to produce adhesives, sealants, and coatings.
Packaging & Accuracy: Ensure products are properly packaged, labeled, and assigned to the correct orders.
Filling & Handling: Assist with filling tubes, containers, and drums with finished products.
Shipping Prep: Pack and prepare products for shipment according to work instructions.
Workstation Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
You’ll work as part of a team to prepare and sort specific batches of products for shipment while meeting quality and safety standards.
What We’re Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED required
Previous manufacturing experience required
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs repetitively
Strong math skills (measurements, decimals, fractions, and conversions)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
