Production Associate – 3rd Shift - $18.50/hr - Saline, MI
Join us and play a crucial role in our production process! This is a short-term project!
Responsibilities:
Run multiple color-coded machines in the same general area, each with different run times, requiring frequent walking back and forth.
Observe multiple machine operations simultaneously to detect work piece defects or machine malfunctions.
Stack, mark, pack, and transport finished work pieces to the dryer area.
Inspect parts for defects.
Weigh parts.
Complete required paperwork accurately.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Qualifications/Skills:
Ability to work in a hot and sometimes dirty environment.
Comfortable with the smell of burning plastic/rubber.
Ability to handle a fast-paced work setting.
Willingness to run multiple machines and perform frequent walking.
Comfortable with direct and blunt communication from supervisors.
Ability to climb ladders as needed.
As a Production Associate, you'll work in a hot, fast-paced warehouse, running multiple machines and doing a lot of walking. Duties include observing machines for defects, stacking and packing work pieces, inspecting and weighing parts, completing paperwork, and maintaining a clean work environment.
