Hours: 11:00pm-7:30am Sunday-Friday
Spin Forming Operator:
FabX Industries is hiring a spin forming operator for our 3rd shift spin forming department. This person will help run production to ensure quality parts and on time delivery. This position will train on 1st shift for about a month before transitioning to a 3rd shift role.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and set up spin forming machinery to produce aluminum components.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy in production.
Monitor production processes and adjust as necessary to maintain quality.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and improve processes.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Uphold FabX safety standards and produce components in a safe manner.
Qualifications:
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Must have a teachable mindset
Mechanical inclination is a plus.
Ability to slow down and analyze processes to ensure quality components are being produced.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Must be able to work third shift and stand for 10-12 hours.
Pay Information:
Minimum (80%): $18.00/hr.
Median (100%): $22.50/hr.
Maximum (120%): $27.00/hr.

Job Summary
Are you a mechanically inclined individual looking to grow your skills in manufacturing? We're seeking a Spin Forming Operator to join our 3rd shift team in Greenville, MI. This is a mid-level skilled position with entry-level CNC responsibilities. In this role, you'll operate and set up spin forming machinery to produce quality aluminum components while helping ensure production goals and on-time delivery are met.
Training will be provided on 1st shift for approximately one month before transitioning to the 3rd shift schedule.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Spin Forming Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
Machine Operation & Setup: Operate and set up spin forming machinery to produce aluminum components according to production specifications.
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and quality throughout the production process.
Quality & Production Monitoring: Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and meet production goals.
In addition, you will collaborate with team members to improve production processes, maintain a clean and organized work area, and follow all company safety standards while producing components.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
Basic CNC experience or knowledge preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Ability to learn machine setup and operation procedures.
Willingness to train on 1st shift for approximately one month before moving to 3rd shift.
Skills:
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and maintaining a clean work environment.
