Location: Holland, MI
Shift: 7:30am–4:30pm or 8:00am–5:00pm (Monday-Friday)
Pay: $20–$24 per hour (Based on experience) 
 
Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking an Account Administrator to join our team in Holland, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping ensure smooth communication, accurate inventory management, and timely fulfillment of customer needs.
 
What You'll Be Doing
 As an Account Administrator, your core responsibilities will include:
● Account Coordination: Communicate with customers, vendors, warehouse/production teams, and accounting to support key accounts and ensure smooth operations.
 ● Inventory & Shipments: Manage inventory records and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet customer requirements.
 ● Data & Reporting: Track labor statistics, monitor deadlines, and gather data for new customers or special projects.
In addition, you will also be expected to assist with various administrative and operational tasks, maintaining flexibility and a “get-it-done” mindset.
 
What We're Looking For
 To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
 ● Entry- to mid-level experience in an administrative or account support role
 ● Ability to work onsite daily in a standard office environment
 ● High school diploma or equivalent
Skills:
 ● Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate via phone, email, and text in a professional and concise manner.
 ● Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn proprietary software systems.
 ● Organization & Problem-Solving: Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks, think critically, and develop solutions to support operations.
