Workbox Staffing is looking for an area Account Manager for our Elkhart, IN office. We are a down-to-earth company that values making professional connections with our workers and our clients. As an Account Manager, you will interact on a regular basis with key client stakeholders and serve as a Workbox business partner to address onsite staffing questions, challenges, concerns, and processes including: timeliness of fill, onboarding, attendance, worker skills set criteria, performance, retention, and turnover. You will thrive by building and establishing long-term relationships with Clients. You will work closely with your Branch and Business Development Managers on retention, referral business, relationship building and Social Networking with new and existing Clients. Being an energetic and persistent individual who loves to crush goals and meet new challenges head-on will make you highly successful in this role. Responsibilities: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and create new opportunities with established accounts Travel within a defined territory to generate business opportunities for new and existing clients Communicate with clients by phone, in person, or by email Receive and enter job orders and maintain data of all relevant activity for applicants, orders, and clients in our ATS software Identify and resolve client-related issues with a high sense of urgency, while seeking opportunities to improve the client experience Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships Work with the Branch Manager, Recruiters, and Business Development team to identify top accounts Monitor and analyze the clients’ use of contract labor Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to the internal team, management and the clients Qualifications and Skills: Prior experience in a sales or customer service role Strong written and verbal communication skills Computer competency pertaining to Gmail, Excel, and CRM System Software Organization and planning skills Listening and questioning skills Problem-solving skills About Us Workbox Staffing is an industrial staffing firm specializing in the manufacturing and warehousing market segments.
