Location: Holland, MI
Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour

Are you a dependable and organized professional who enjoys supporting office operations and helping customers? We’re seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Holland, MI. This temporary opportunity is ideal for someone with strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced office environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As an Administrative Assistant, your core responsibilities will include:
  • Front Desk Support: Greet visitors, assist customers, and provide professional reception services.
  • Phone & Communication Management: Answer incoming calls, direct calls appropriately, and accurately take and relay messages.
  • Data Entry & Administrative Support: Look up information in company databases, complete order entry tasks, and maintain accurate records.
  • Document Management: Organize, file, and maintain office documents to support daily business operations.
In addition, you will assist with general office duties, support administrative staff as needed, and help maintain smooth day-to-day office operations throughout the assignment.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
  • Previous administrative, office, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office required
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced office environment
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
Skills:
  • Customer Service: Ability to professionally greet visitors and assist customers.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills for managing files, records, and office tasks.
  • Communication: Comfortable answering phones, taking messages, and interacting with customers and team members.
  • Data Entry Accuracy: Ability to accurately enter information and maintain organized records.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and completing administrative tasks efficiently.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the office as needed
  • Ability to use computers, phones, and office equipment for extended periods
  • Ability to organize and file documents throughout the shift
