Qualifications:
- At least 1–2 years of experience mixing chemicals in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Must be able to stand, walk, and crouch throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable with PPE and safety procedures around chemicals
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of batch formulations
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and record accurate data
- Basic math and measurement skills required
- Familiarity with industrial mixers and the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
