Montague, MI, 1st shift, $15 per hour
Job Summary
A Montague greenhouse is seeking dependable Agricultural Laborers
for 1st Shift. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a hands-on, team-oriented environment. Overtime is required as needed, including evenings and weekends.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Performing general greenhouse and agricultural labor tasks
- Following written and verbal instructions carefully
- Working independently to complete assigned duties
- Lifting and moving materials up to 50 lbs
- Assisting with additional tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work overtime, including evenings and weekends
- Previous agricultural experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Basic math, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and stay on task
