Location: Holland, MI
Shift: 3:30 PM–1:30 AM | Monday–Friday
Pay: $17.25/hour

Job Summary
We're looking for dependable and detail-oriented Assembler II candidates to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling, inspecting, and preparing products while supporting safety, quality, and production goals. The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, using a variety of tools, and contributing to a team-focused environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As an Assembler II, your core responsibilities will include:
  • Assembling Products and Components: Assemble, operate, and disassemble materials and components using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
  • Inspecting Finished Products: Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and company standards.
  • Palletizing and Preparing Orders: Package and palletize completed products for shipment or the next stage of production.
  • Maintaining Workstations: Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials and supplies.
  • Supporting Lean Manufacturing: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and follow established production processes.
  • Reporting Issues: Identify and communicate quality concerns, equipment issues, and unsafe conditions to supervisors.
In addition, you will assist with cross-training opportunities, material handling, and other production duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
  • Less than a high school education with up to six months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
  • Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out detailed but routine instructions.
  • Ability to solve basic workplace and production-related problems.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Skills
  • Tool Operation: Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately assemble products and perform quality inspections.
  • Basic Math Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
  • Productivity: Ability to work safely while meeting production goals.
  • Teamwork: Strong communication skills and willingness to cross-train in multiple areas.
  • Safety Awareness: Commitment to following workplace safety policies and procedures.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions using hands, wrists, and arms.
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required by production needs.
  • Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment while maintaining production standards.
