Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We’re seeking an Assembler I to join our team in Holland, MI. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of our warehouse operations, helping assemble and fabricate products accurately and safely while supporting order fulfillment to ensure customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Assembler I, your core responsibilities will include:
- Product Assembly: Assemble and fabricate products by following assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Measurement & Fit Verification: Position parts using templates or measurements and inspect connections to ensure proper fit and function.
- Quality Control: Measure, test, and perform quality checks on completed components to verify product integrity.
In addition, you will also be expected to pick, pack, and verify orders for customer pickup or delivery, complete production and quality documentation, and maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs
- Basic problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
Skills:
- Attention to Detail: Ensures products are assembled correctly and meet quality standards.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Helps address assembly or fit issues efficiently.
- Teamwork & Reliability: Supports team goals while following health, safety, and environmental policies.
