Location: Grand Haven, MI
Shift:1st, 2nd &3rd shifts available!
Pay: $18-$23 per hour
Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking an Assembler to join our team in Grand Haven. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping assemble quality products that support our customers and keep production running efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing
As an Assembler, your core responsibilities will include:

Product Assembly: Assemble parts and components according to work instructions, ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.

Quality Checks: Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet company specifications and report any defects or issues.

Production Support: Work closely with team members to keep production lines running smoothly and meet daily production goals.
In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workstation while following all company safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required

Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Skills
Attention to Detail: Ensures products are assembled correctly and meet quality standards.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with coworkers to meet production goals.
Basic Mechanical Aptitude: Comfort using basic hand tools and following assembly instructions.
