Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
● Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
● U.S. work authorization required
Skills:
● Knowledge of light gauge materials, production processes, machines, hardware, and assembly tools. We are willing to train the right candidates!
● Ability to read and interpret blueprints and layouts when needed.
● Ability to work at a moderate pace while maintaining quality and safety standards.
● Good verbal and written communication skills
● Ability to bring assignments to a successful completion
As an Assembler, not only will you be assembling precut light gauge metal trusses, but you’ll also move and position parts to align with specifications, verify dimensions for accuracy, and use tools like hammers, saws, and pneumatic nailers to complete builds. This job requires standing for long shifts, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working at a steady pace while maintaining safety and quality standards. Depending on your work ethic, this role could be short-term or a long-term career fit.
