Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking an Assembler to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping assemble a high-quality, award-winning product using precision and teamwork.
What You'll Be Doing
As an Assembler, your core responsibilities will include:
● Product Assembly: Assemble components by hand or using basic hand tools to build core units with accuracy and efficiency.
● Blueprint & Instruction Reading: Follow blueprints and written work instructions to ensure proper assembly and product quality.
● Preparation for Testing: Prepare completed units for testing to ensure they meet company standards.

In addition, you will also be expected to collaborate with team members, maintain a clean workspace, and learn multiple tasks as part of the training process.

Qualifications:
● Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
● Good hand dexterity and mobility skills
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Prior job longevity and consistent work history is important

● Technical Aptitude: Ability to use tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures for precise work
● Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy when assembling components and following instructions
● Comprehension Skills: Ability to read, write, and understand blueprints and work instructions in English
