Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking an Assembly worker to join our team in Ionia, MI . In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping us to work with plastics, metal, and mechanical assemblies to support efficient, high-quality production.
What You'll Be Doing
As an
Assembly
worker, your core responsibilities
will include:
Assembly Work:
Working with extensive plastics, metal, and mechanical assemblies, completing tasks that support overall production quality.
Material Handling: Lifting and moving various objects (up to 50 lbs.) to keep workflow running smoothly.
Following Instructions: Using verbal and written instructions to complete tasks accurately.

In addition, you will also be expected to
maintain
a clean and safe work environment.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
Skills:
Hand Dexterity:
Needed for efficient and
accurate
assembly work.
Communication Skills: Important for understanding and following verbal and written instructions.
Attention to Detail: Helps ensure assemblies meet quality and safety standards.
