In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping ensure the safe, quality-focused, and efficient production of assemblies using press and banding equipment within a fast-paced assembly cell environment.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Press Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
● Press & Banding Operation: Safely operate press and banding tools within an assembly cell to maintain consistent workflow and meet daily production targets.
● Quality & Inspection: Perform first-hit/last-hit inspections, in-process quality checks, and verify correct piece counts and packaging on all skids and containers.
● Material Handling & Packaging: Load completed assemblies onto pallets using engineered stacking methods, assemble packaging materials, and create Router/WIP inventory tags.
As a Press Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
● Press & Banding Operation: Safely operate press and banding tools within an assembly cell to maintain consistent workflow and meet daily production targets.
● Quality & Inspection: Perform first-hit/last-hit inspections, in-process quality checks, and verify correct piece counts and packaging on all skids and containers.
● Material Handling & Packaging: Load completed assemblies onto pallets using engineered stacking methods, assemble packaging materials, and create Router/WIP inventory tags.
In addition, you will also be expected to procure batches following the priority schedule, perform proper die set-ups per standardized instructions, accurately report production quantities into the MRP (AX) system, communicate die status to engineering, and maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with 5S standards.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
● High school diploma or GED required
● Ability to read and interpret safety rules, work instructions, and quality procedures
● Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally, stand/walk/bend frequently, and work in a loud manufacturing environment with proper PPE

● Basic Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with die set-up, basic troubleshooting, and accurate data entry into production systems.
