Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking
an
Assembler
to join our team in Grand Rapids. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping us to put together component parts or pieces by following blueprints or schematics to produce structurally sound products.
What You'll Be Doing
As
a
Assembler, your core responsibilities will include:
- Read and follow assembly instructions, blueprints, or schematics
- Assemble parts or components into finished products accurately
- Inspect components and finished products for quality and defects
- Use hand tools, power tools, or machinery to complete assembly tasks
In addition, you will also be expected to
c
ollaborate with team members to maintain production efficiency and safety standards.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Math and technical training background
- Ability to work flexible shifts
Skills:
- Hand-Eye Coordination: Efficiently assemble parts using tools and machinery.
- Technical Skills: Operate soldering machines and interpret technical documents.
- Computer Literacy: Use basic computer skills for record keeping and inventory.
