Workbox Staffing is hiring an Assembly Associate in the Greenville area. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term potential.
Qualifications:
● Corrugated experience preferred but not required
● Ability to move between tasks efficiently
● Hard-working and dependable
● Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Skills & Responsibilities:
● Monitor product quality including loose liner, warp, size, and print accuracy
● Pack and assemble boxes on a production line
● Complete production, operational, safety, and quality reports accurately
● Train and assist First and Second Helpers as needed
● Switch duties with First Helper when required
● Adhere to production schedule and report any unusual issues
● Maintain a clean and safe work environment
● Lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
● Stand for 8–10 hours (scheduled breaks provided)
● Work independently and remain self-motivated
● Pack and assemble boxes on a production line
