Location: Lowell, MI Shift: 3rd Shift Pay: $18 per hour
Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking an Assembler to join our team in Lowell, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping us to produce high-quality plastic sprayers while maintaining safety, efficiency, and teamwork on the production floor.
What You'll Be Doing
As an Assembler, your core responsibilities will include:
Assembly: Assemble plastic sprayer components by hand or using basic tools to ensure efficient production.
Work Instructions: Read and follow work orders, instructions, and production schedules to maintain accuracy and workflow.
Quality Inspection: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer expectations.

In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area, demonstrate strong attendance, work collaboratively with your team, and follow all safety protocols.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Ability to lift and move products up to 30 lbs
- Good hand dexterity and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and strong safety mindset
Skills:
- Communication: Ability to read and write in English to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
- Blueprint Reading: Ability to understand basic blueprints or written work instructions.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure quality and accuracy in assembly tasks.
