Job Summary
Workbox Staffing is hiring an Assembly Production Associate for a permanent position in Greenville. You’ll operate equipment required to produce automotive parts while meeting safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload automotive stampings from production lines/cells
- Apply welds, adhesives, and process-related tasks using manual and robotic systems
- Inspect and load parts into containers for storage/shipping
- Tag, label, and track parts and produce required documentation
- Use SPC and quality inspection techniques to ensure part standards
- Assist with equipment changeouts and adjustments
- Follow QS9000 standards and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic math skills
- Good reasoning and problem-solving ability
- Physically able to lift 25–35 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Must maintain good housekeeping practices
- Prior manufacturing/assembly experience preferred
