Job Summary
Workbox Staffing is hiring an Assembly Production Associate to operate equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting the production of automotive components. This is a permanent position with opportunities to grow!
Responsibilities
- Load/unload automotive stampings from production lines
- Use manual and robotic systems to apply welds, adhesive, and other processes
- Inspect, tag, label, and track piece parts and complete documentation
- Follow QS9000 standards and work instructions
- Assist with equipment changeovers and adjustments
- Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Perform other production duties as required
Key Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply instructions
- Physically able to lift 25–35 lbs
- Must be able to stand and walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Comfortable in a manufacturing environment with 100% standing, walking, and lifting
