In this role, you’ll guide employees, support daily operations, and help improve processes on the shop floor.

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Assembly Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include supervising and supporting assembly team members while monitoring performance and providing feedback. You will train new employees and cross-train current staff, assist with assembly tasks as needed, and ensure daily production goals are met. You’ll maintain a clean and safe work environment, communicate between management and team members, encourage teamwork, motivate staff, and follow all safety and quality standards. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support operations.

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, experience supervising 5-30 people in an assembly or production environment, proven ability to meet daily production goals, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to follow instructions and manage multiple tasks at once, ability to read drawings or blueprints, and ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and motivate a team, problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues on the line, and experience using basic assembly tools (hand, cordless, pneumatic) to support production when needed.
