Job Summary:
Perform welding processes (Laser, GMAW, Projection, and Resistance Spot Welding) to produce high-quality parts while meeting safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain welding equipment
- Monitor weld quality and troubleshoot issues
- Perform basic maintenance and repairs
- Follow safety procedures and policies
- Work in a team environment with minimal supervision
Requirements:

- Ability to read and interpret documents and procedures
- Basic math skills and problem-solving abilities
- Physical demands: standing, walking, lifting 50 lbs, and working in a manufacturing environment
