Location: Rockford, MI Shift: 3rd Shift Pay: $16.50 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Machine Operator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Machine Operation: Operating and monitoring plastic injection molding machines to ensure smooth production.
- Material Handling: Learning and using material-moving equipment as required to support production flow.
- Quality & Safety: Following all safety guidelines and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Housekeeping: Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Additionally, you will work to meet daily production and quality goals while supporting team objectives.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per shift
- Basic reading and math skills
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs throughout the day
Skills:
- Organizational skills: Helps maintain efficiency and accuracy.
- Attention to detail: Ensures quality standards are consistently met.
- Initiative: Self-starter who can work independently and stay productive.
- Dexterity: Good hand–eye coordination for precise machine operation.
