Workbox Staffing is seeking an Entry Level Recruiter to support and grow our community by connecting talented job seekers to local employers. You are an advocate for job seekers and help to provide pathways to employment. You will thrive filling job positions using a full-cycle recruiting method, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates, pre-employment screenings, interviewing, and completion of all onboarding documentation. This prestigious national award program recognizes outstanding social responsibility initiatives—business processes that produce an overall positive effect on society—among ASA member staffing agencies, associate members and staffing industry suppliers.
Essential duties include:
Consult with hiring managers, craft detailed and compelling job descriptions, determine effective screening questions, and market open job opportunities
Source, screen and recruit skilled talent by utilizing the ATS, job boards, postings, referrals, and attending events
Consults with candidates finds out what drives them, and guides candidates through the proposal and best-fit hiring process
Negotiates offers, prepares offer letter requests, execute background checks, MVR reports, distributes PPE and schedules drug testing, etc., and follows up to ensure success in closing candidates
Process employment applications for completion and accuracy
Verify industry credentials and experience to ensure job and client requirements are satisfied
General office duties
Experience / Skill
Highly comfortable and efficient with calling candidates, networking, and working referrals to generate a candidate pool and build relationships
High Service Aptitude
Proficient computer skills, including Google G Suite, Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, etc.
Savvy with social media and using recruiting search tools
Must be detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills

Responsibilities:
As a Recruiter, your primary responsibilities are to fulfill client orders by sourcing candidates quickly and to ensure a high-quality match based on client-specific needs. (Additional, client specific tasks may apply to onsite recruiters.)

Order Fulfillment: Work efficiently to meet client demands and ensure timely placement of candidates.

Time Management and Urgency: Prioritize tasks and respond promptly to client requests.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Certifications: Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) is desired but not required.
