What You’ll Be Doing
As a
Bilingual Reservation Agent
, your core responsibilities will include:
- Customer Assistance: Answer inbound calls and help customers make reservations or find information about camping and outdoor experiences.
- System Navigation: Use reservation software to efficiently manage bookings and provide accurate information.
- Bilingual Support:
Provide exceptional service in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear communication with all callers.
In addition, you’ll participate in paid training sessions and ongoing learning opportunities to stay up to date on policies, systems, and service best practices.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience —call center background preferred.
- Access to a reliable computer, stable internet connection, and quiet workspace.
- Availability for flexible scheduling after training (10–30 hours per week).
Skills:
- Communication: Clear and friendly phone manner with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Computer Proficiency: Comfortable navigating multiple systems and learning new software.
- Adaptability: Able to handle varying customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
