Blend Technician Location: Fort Wayne, IN Shift: 2nd Shift Pay: $20.00 per hour
Job Summary Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Blend Technician to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN. In this role, you'll be a vital part of operations, helping produce and prepare materials that support manufacturing processes across multiple facilities.
What You'll Be Doing As a Blend Technician, your core responsibilities will include: ? Preparing and processing materials using tools and equipment to support production goals. ? Monitoring manufacturing processes and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. ? Filling containers, staging products, and preparing orders for shipment.
In addition, you will also maintain clean and organized work areas, assist team members as needed, and help manage inventory and storage areas.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent ? Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred ? Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally
Skills: ? Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and supervisors ? Attention to detail to ensure product quality and accurate recordkeeping ? Mechanical aptitude to operate equipment such as forklifts and machinery
