Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate effectively with your coworkers and supervisor
- Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts on major floral holidays
- You must be able to work well under pressure and meet or surpass daily goals
- Experience working in production
Skills:
- Ability to work standing up for long periods of time
- Ability to work on a team
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
The essential functions of the job include:
setting up and maintaining your work station, assembling bouquets according to recipes, and packaging bouquets accordingly
