?? High School Diploma or GED equivalent
?? 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations
?? Forklift certification/license required
Skills:

?? Proficient in Microsoft Office
?? Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for up to 10 hours
As a Warehouse Picker Packer, not only will you be assembling and
preparing daily orders for shipment, but you’ll also operate industrial
equipment, resolve shipping discrepancies, maintain inventory accuracy,
and help train team members. This job, depending on your work ethic,
could be a short-term or a long-term fit.

Job SummaryWe are looking for a reliable and personable team member to join the BrakeQuip Department on 1st Shift! In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for hose assembly and pressure testing while helping ensure products meet quality standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and enjoys working in a team environment.
What You’ll Be DoingAssemble hoses according to specifications
Perform pressure testing on completed hose assemblies
Operate basic machinery and equipment
Safely operate a forklift as needed
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Follow all safety and operational procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work safely and efficiently while meeting production expectations
What We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
Mechanical aptitude is a plus
Previous forklift and basic machinery experience preferred
Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent attendance and reliability
Personable and able to work well with others
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for long periods of time
