Job Summary
Are you a dependable, detail-oriented individual who doesn’t mind working in a warm environment? We’re seeking a Brazing Operator to join our team in Dexter, MI. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping production running smoothly by preparing, assembling, and processing parts through the brazing furnaces to ensure top-quality results.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Brazing Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and loading parts into brazing furnaces, ensuring each component meets quality and cleanliness standards.
- Assembling parts accurately, checking for chips, shavings, or burrs before processing.
- Properly tagging and documenting production information, including labor hours and counts.
- Rotating between workstations, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and reporting any quality concerns to leadership.
In addition, you will also assist with furnace operation and general production tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus
- Ability to sit for extended periods and work in a high-heat environment

- Attention to Detail: Essential for ensuring parts meet quality and cleanliness standards.
- Reliability: Strong attendance and dependability are key in this fast-paced setting.
