Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We’re seeking a Break Relief to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of our operations, helping in all areas of production and packaging to facilitate efficient flow of the product throughout the process.
What You'll Be Doing
As a
Break Relief
, your core responsibilities will include:
● Operate machines and adjust as needed.
● Maintain production for various positions and departments while stationed workers are on their breaks.
● Perform product quality checks
.
In addition, you will also be expected to package, palletize and wrap products, adhere to GMP guidelines, maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
● Experience in food manufacturing preferred, 3 years production experience required.
● Must have knowledge and experience with a weight scale.
● Must be able to do basic math (add, subtract, divide and multiply).
Skills:
● Flexible, willing to help where needed. Able to learn various machines and positions.
● Able to lift up to 50 lbs max.
● Must be able to stand and walk throughout the entire shift.
