Qualifications:
● Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, climbing, balancing, and stooping
● Strong attention to detail when inspecting equipment, materials, and installations
● Skilled at organizing, planning, and prioritizing work to meet deadlines
● Comfortable communicating clearly with supervisors and team members
● Ability to monitor surroundings and materials to ensure quality and safety
● Experience making decisions and solving problems in fast-paced environments
● Capable of reading tape measurements and construction plans accurately
