Job Summary
Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands and seeing a finished product come together? We're seeking a Chair Assembler to join our team in Holland, MI. In this role, you’ll be a key part of the production floor, helping to build quality chairs that customers will use every day.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Chair Assembler, your core responsibilities will include:
- Chair Assembly: Attach seat pads, put glides on chair legs, and package chairs for shipment.
- Quality & Efficiency: Ensure all work meets production standards and maintain attention to detail.
- Teamwork: Contribute to a positive and efficient production floor environment.
- You may also be expected to work overtime as needed to support production goals.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to read, write, and speak English
Skills:
- Comfortable using hand tools (drivers, drills, etc.)
- Self-motivated and able to stay on task
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High attention to detail and adaptability
- Positive attitude with excellent reliability
